I am Silver's Mom. I want you to read what she has written, which follows this post, but I want you to read this first. You need to understand how ill she was before doing the Medsonix. She had been sick with Lyme for seven years. She missed most of school during that time. At 13, unbeknownst to us, she made out her will. She lived with constant pain and nausea and no energy. She needed 24 hour care. I quit work.
At 17, she did 18 months of IV and it gave her a life, but it was not an asymptomatic or pain-free life. So we kept searching, and did all kinds of treatments, both unconventional and conventional. Here's a partial list: homeopathics, sauna, energy healing, detox, hyperbaric oxygen, acupuncture, rife, ozone steam therapy, high-powered magnetic pulser, red lasers, prayer, gluten-free diet, etc. Nothing made a significant difference. After the IV, she could live what to others looked to be a "normal" life, but we knew the amount of pain she was still experiencing. As parents of children with Lyme know, there is nothing harder in life than to not be able to keep your child out of pain.
We did not know how to get her over that last hump.
A guy named Bob Ramos from Medsonix.info saw my LymeSucks.org site, and contacted me. He said they had one Lyme patient who was doing well with the Medsonix machine, which is in Las Vegas. He offered to treat her and asked me if it did her good, would I report on it to the people who visit my site? "Bob," I said, "You make my daughter better, I'll yell it from the treetops!"
But what I didn't tell Bob was that I was not going to recommend it without going the long haul first. I would give it a year.
This is me yelling from the treetops.
The results with Medsonix have been astonishing. Please read the accounts that follow below. If you would like to talk to me, send me an email at bev@lymesucks.org, and we'll set up a phone conversation. I am not in the employ of Medsonix. I'll tell you what I think.
You may want to know if we consider the Medsonix a "cure." My answer is, I don't know. I would love to think that it's a cure, but I don't know that it kills bugs. That's not what it's licensed for -- it's FDA approved to reduce inflammation, reduce pain, and increase blood flow. It does all of that.
Sure, we want a cure. But really, we want her to be healthy and pain-free. The other day after a long stressful day at work, she burst through the front door saying, "I CAN'T REMEMBER EVER FEELING THIS GOOD IN MY LIFE!"
I never thought I would hear those words.
